Back in 2013 luxury Swiss watchmaker OMEGA has introduced a new timepiece that was both innovative and alluring. Named the Sedna Gold, the special watch was the first to be made with OMEGA’s unique 18 karat rose gold alloy.
The case features both polished and the bezel has roman numerals engraved on it. The dial has the “pie-pan” design, sporting 18 karat sedna gold indexes and hands – taking direct inspiration from the first Constellation in 1952. Inside the watch is the Omega co-axial caliber 8501. Only 1,952 pieces were produced of the limited-edition timepieces, coinciding with the year OMEGA first unveiled its now renowned Constellation collection.
